have stopped blogging for quite sometime. nothing much has changed except my hair.. lolz.. and my sexy fats are still there

I'm not too sure what's in my mind currently. but i knew it will not be a good one.

Will it be another trap for me to fall in again?? apparently, i was glad that i can finally released out my thoughts which have trapped inside me for ages.... i do not which it will be a regret for either party......

I didn't want to do any killing especially after 12am but if I didn't do so, it will refrain me from using the toilet all night and this may even effect my daily routine as well.. I've finished using up the whole big bottle of insects killer aerosol in a night and i knew i will definitely need to top up on this product. Since that was the first time and i believe there will be a second times too......... :(

Appraisal Time!!

received an email from my boss last week and the subject was Performance Appraisal.. [GULP]'''



After completing a year working in this company, finally i have the chance to appraise own performance and a chance to find out how my boss will evaluate my working performance. i hope it won't be a bad ones and i can take the fact calmly if any (finger crossed) I'm totally unsure on how to do it and thanks to Crystal's help,i had ticked and wrote whatever ideas/comments/suggestions she has gave that suits me well.


Boss wants us to give ideas for improvement within the Hr dept or our area of work and 2 key goals that we would like to contribute and achieve within the next 12 mths.

And the Appraisal form required us to pen down our objectives and development plan for the coming year.


to find myself an answer for those questions, i had read a book called Human Resource Management (gave by Siva) yesterday :) My goal to pursue Master was getting stronger too.. ♥
i hope the time duration for this appraisal thingy will be as short as possible.

Cartoon

Due to my unbearable fidget, Ken Ken introduced me to watch one of his favourite Japanese cartoon, No Zero Tsukaima.. and i ♥ it!!


Louise is terrible at magic, and can never use it the way she wants to. She is given the nickname "Zero Louise" by her classmates because her magic always failed.

Early in the school year, the second year students summon their familiars, which usually is some sort of magical creature. Louise manages to summon a human commoner named Saito Hiraga, leaving her totally humiliated. Due to the sacredness of the ritual, Louise is left with no choice but to reluctantly accept Saito as her familiar. She proceeds to treat Saito as any other familiar only worse, making him sleep on a bed of hay and beats him with a whip for little to no reason, among other things.


the story was more to love dovey plot between Louise and Saito. Due to Saito's manly characteristics, most of the ladies will fell for him and he will always ended up beaten up by the jealousy and flat chested Louise... but he will always be there to protect her no matter what will happened and the same goes to Louise.. ♥


and i had finished Season 3 yesterday. i just cant wait for Season 4 to come..
I've overheard DAD was telling mom that he does not understand why was his daughter still can laughed like a madwoman watching a cartoon.:)

every month same @#$%ing crisis..

once again, i had made a decision which i may ended up either a) struggling being penniless or b) killing myself next month.. :) rotfl... although it had be always be the same but it never seem getting improve nevertheless.










when i was still a little gal, i always thought that it was easy for my mom and dad to produce money..I used "produce" because my dad used to have a whole tin full of RM1 coins inside it and the tin never seem empty. hahahha..:) whenever we ( the children) needed pocket money he will went to the magic tin and soon our hands will be holding the gold syiling looking happily..and i also noticed that dad will went over to the tin container whenever he needed to spend... He cannot blame me if i think they were producing money rather than earning those..:)





i never understand what was working life's like and never known being a grown-up was so difficult+complicated and i grew up with my parents favourite end-phrase "our butt produce monies ah!!" whenever we asked for more & we still get it until now, not to mention among my siblings too. and there are times i felt totally irked.

time is Golden or time is Money??
